Questions buyers ask

How do I verify the hallmark?

Every gold piece shows its 6-character HUID on the product page. Enter it in the BIS Care app to see the purity and the assay centre.

Why does the price change every day?

Gold is priced at the day's bullion rate. The product page shows net weight × rate + making charge, so what you pay follows the market, not a sticker.

Can I exchange old gold?

Yes. We value your old gold at the day's rate after an assay in front of you, and the amount is set off against the new piece.

How does a WhatsApp order work?

Press "Order on WhatsApp" on the piece or the cart. The message carries the reference and price; we confirm availability, send a video of the piece, and share a UPI or bank link. Delivery is insured.

Returns and resizing?

Rings are resized free within 30 days. Returns on unworn pieces within 7 days at the metal value of the day plus making charge.
